    刘哲1978年,2016年毕业于黑龙江八一农垦大学,农学博士学位副教授/硕士研究生,黑龙江省细胞生物学学会成员。先后主持省部级教学及科研项目2项,横向科研项目1黑龙江八一农垦大学大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项。发表论文20余篇,其中SCI收录论文6篇。出版专著2部。主要从事微量元素、动物免疫和药理细胞毒理检测的研究,在学术上取得了一定成绩。主要承担细胞工程等本科生课程的教学任务。
